75-minute swim assessment with a certified triathlon coach. An Axes Coach will: - Evaluate your swim technique - Discuss your current stroke pattern with you - Prescribe drills and a workout structure for you to improve stroke efficiency and performance (This service does not include video analysis)

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment or re-schedule, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will result in forfeiture of applicable fees paid.
