Want to try something different? Axes Endurance Coaching will be hosting a virtual clinic titled Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) 101 on Monday March 6 at 7pm. Obstacle Course Racing involves off-road running while incorporating obstacles such as climbing over walls or up ropes, monkey bars, carrying heavy objects, traversing bodies of water or mud, crawling under barbed wire, and jumping through fire.
